Mar 27,2023Both my son and daughter go here and I am planning on starting myself. Since starting here, I am astounded at how confident my kids have become. They are treated like members of a broad family, and I have to say I am impressed at how effective the trainers are at teaching young children. I would absolutely recommend this place to both children and adults alike, not just to learn a defensive technique, but it keeps you fit too!
