Today Ola from SES home services came to my house to replace the cartridges on my dripping kitchen tap. From start to finish the Saving Water Service offered by SES Water has been excellent. Within 7 days of logging my leaking tap a serviceman came to my home. Ola was a very polite young man, arriving on time. He wore covers on his boots to protect my carpet and explained the process and the replacements he was making. I'd highly recommend this service and shout out to Ola for his first class service !! Plus a real bonus is the service is free at a time when cost of living expenses are high !! Well done SES and Ola !!
Jason & Jake came to fix a leaking mains water pipe. They were fast workers who were friendly and competent.

This company wrote me a number of letters to inform that my Total Plus insurance will be gradually transferred to Home Serve. Today received a letter from Home Serve that they only hold electric policy for me and total plus will be cancelled from 1 st 2023. They (SES)debited my account today. Called SES and after more than 10 attempts could not connect to anyone. How I supposed to expect that services will be provided if you even can not connect with them. I cancelled my direct debit today, I am sure they will react immediately. Poor service I will never use them again.
The Team of SES Home Services Engineers worked continuously over two days to rectify an underground water supply leak in our property. They were very professional, helpful and thorough and have done a first class job for us. Highly recommended.
We were unfortunate enough to wake up to a burst pipe. We called SES Water who came out and advised we needed to contact a company that does leak detection. We called SES Home Service and thank goodness we did. Callum called us to advice he and Josh were on route and gave us an ETA which is extremely helpful. They arrived promptly and we immediately felt at ease that they could fix the problem as they were very thorough in their examination of the issue. They explained exactly what they were going to do and ๐ค that would sort it out, they also explained exactly what the worse case scenario would be and what it would entail. It was absolutely boiling ๐ฅต but they just cracked on with the job professionally. They were extremely professional, friendly and a pleasure to have helping us fix the leak. They explained everything they were doing and once they found the problem they showed us the offending pipe and what they needed to do to fix it. We are extremely grateful that we had Callum and Josh assigned to us as they are ๐๐๐๐๐ and SES Home Services are extremely lucky to have two such professional, friendly and hardworking lads working for them. I highly recommend Callum and Josh to help you out in an emergency ๐๐๐๐๐๐
Please do not use this company absolute jokers make appointments and never turn up don't even bother to contact you when you call them they always make excuses happy to take your money but thats about all go elsewhere
We have been loyal customers for 10+ The shower was leaking into the hall. They came immediately and stated that they would be back to fix it 4 days later(so long as we signed a disclaimer to remove the panel) They cancelled that morning statin that they could not return for nearly 4 weeks My parents (84 and 88 years of age) are not capable of washing without use of the shower Steveโฆthe supervisor, would not accept or return calls for 3 days. He had gone home yesterday at 4pm, so he was in at work but did not respond to our calls Absolutely terrible service, Infact there was no service, and we were horrendously let down. Our contract has been terminated They do not provide a service 24/7 and they let you down when theyโre needed
Excellent customer service from Esha who helped me get a leaking stop cock fixed. She took ownership to help me get an engineer booked in as fast as possible which was for the next day. At the same time Esha was reassuring that they could fix the issue easily which they did. Also a big thank you to the engineer who came along and it was an awkward urgent job which he pulled out the possible stops and got the job done efficiently. Would highly recommend SES who were fair and upfront about the costs which were reasonable, that with the service received above i would highly recommend them. Esha and the engineer are a credit to SES
SES were the go to Home Emergency service that our insurance company contacted when our boiler stopped. Very responsive and diagnosed the problem quickly. Unfortunately the pcb needed replacing. When the part arrived the service engineer was prompt and very professional. Highly recommended!!
Vicki my wonderful friend rung them for me. They came out within 2hours and put tarp over my roof , thank you so much ad my ceiling was starting to crack. Can't thank them enough.
The customer service representative Kimberley Mulcahy in Membership services was extremely helpful and managed to make an appointment for my boiler to be serviced in April 2023 as I needed this to ensure I met the terms of the 5 guarantee of the manufacturer for my new gas boiler
Failed to turn up for an appointment....again. Useless back office staff who think nothing of letting customers down and seemingly have no understanding that the average person has to take time off work to facilitate engineer access to homes so lose a days pay, thanks.
Our service took place in June, and the expansion vessel was replaced in July, and it is now October, so rather a long time ago now! It all went well, apart from the fact that the timer is now an hour ahead following the clocks going back, as it doesn't alter automatically in spite of it being meant to, so it will stay wrong till the clocks go forward. Incredibly irritating but by the time I've read the instructions and tried to followed them up it's too quick for me and always reverts back to where it was ...

Fantastic service and courteous workmen
The toilet in the utility room would not flush due to a faulty lift arm and lever assembly. The engineer did not have a replacement so he cobbled a repair using a brass screw. Time will tell how long this lasts.

The first plumber was helpful but the fixing cracked after he left.The second plumber Conor was polite, efficient and professional, he replaced the failed part quickly and made sure the heating was working after air in the system refused to clear. Four stars because it was not fixed on the first visit
