As a local company with over 30+ years of fixing heating and plumbing emergencies and installing boilers, you know that you’re in safe hands. All of our heating engineers are Gas Safe registered, so you know that whatever the problem that needs fixing they’ll know exactly what to do. As a customer-focused business we work hard to make sure that we provide the best service for all of our customers, especially those who are more vulnerable.

We had a blocked drain which was overflowing on the driveway. The engineer attended quickly and found the problem, where a pipe had collapsed. The blockage was cleared without any fuss. Really pleased with the service and would recommend.

Toilet filling up with water and not taking all waste or toilet paper away. SES turned up super quick and managed to fix the problem yet again in record time. 5 *******

I used SES to install my central heating system circa 20 years ago and have since used its Home Services to service and maintain the system and to provide cover for emergencies. Its service on call outs has usually varied between good and excellent, only rarely disappointing. Therefore, we also use SES Home Services on our rented properties.

Our boiler was out of control for reasons which we didn't understand. Michael fitted a new circuit board, checked the system, found and replaced a faulty thermostat and checked again. I think he did a good job for which many thanks from us. We will now monitor the performance of the new board.

When plumbing problems arise who do you turn to ? SES Homeservices could not have been better in resolving two issues for us - a leaking radiator valve and a sticking valve in a toilet cystern. Their engineers were prompt, efficient and polite and they new what they were doing. Recommend.

They came to service my working boiler on 5 September. Now one month later I am still without a working boiler. They fail to keep promises of actions or returning my phone calls.

Kyle the drainage engineer at SES Home Services visited this morning and did a CCTV drainage survey. We have a problem with rats and he has taken a look at our drains to see if we have holes where they are getting in. He was very helpful and has been able to give me some advice on what to do next.

Did not get an appointment on the same day as SESwas short of staff. Appointment was booked in 4 days time. Radiator leak got worse, so had to call again to emphasise that it was an emergency. Only then did SES send a plumber. Very dissapointed with the service
