Jan 28,2025Purchased a ex display project turntable and when I arrived to collect there was a glass platter from a different turntable sitting on top of the clear Perspex lid!! Sorry but why would anyone do that we all know how easy the lids scratch surely these people are experts and have been trained no to do such a thing, next thing there was no remote control or Bluetooth Ariel in the wet damp smelly tatty box (looks like the box was stored in a shed of some sort) the guy had to keep running off to find the bits and lastly as I was about to leave I noticed there was no power supply for it, again he ran off to try and find it. C’mon guys if someone’s coming to collect an item you need to make sure it’s good to go. Sorry Sevenoaks sound and vision you need to up your game.

Even though I'd already paid for it, they refunded the difference as I hadn't collected it. In-store staff were polite, professional and helpful.
