Feb 28,2025I've recently bought a new OLED television online from Sevenoaks, namely LG G4 77 inch. The price was competitive and the delivery was very quick at the promised day and time. After a week of usage the TV started having picture problems for the HDR content. First I called the LG customer care and after a 5 min of discussion I was told that they could not help me further and I should call Sevenoaks. I've called them and left a voice message on Sunday explaining the situation. Next day first thing in the morning I got a call from their customer rep, and after a brief chat without any detailed questions asked he said he'll be in touch with us as soon as they a have a new unit in their store and they will replace the unit. In two days, the new unit was delivered and installed. It was a very pleasant experience indeed after a weekend of total frustration. Thank you,Sevenoaks.

Feb 28,2025The gentleman who served me possibly assumed a greater familiarity with the wiim ultra on my part than was actually the case and so concentrated on its sound quality and technical aspects - all of which was useful - but having got it home and set up, the complexities of its user interface[s] became apparent, though not insurmountable. A demo of the unit from the user point of view may well have revealed this issue, but to be fair this is with the benefit of hindsight.... Otherwise, no complaints re. the service.

Feb 27,2025Fantastic service from SSAV. I bought a pair of IEM's at the end of December 2024 and for various reasons actually didn't get a chance to try them out properly until now (February '25). That's when I realised they had a cable connection problem, the left channel would keep cutting out and sometimes not come back at all. I contacted SSAV (via the website) on the 24Feb25, had a response within 2 hours, faulty item was collected by DPD the next day and the replacement was delivered and received today (27Feb25). Fantastic service, if that doesn't give you the confidence to buy online from this company than nothing will. Thank you SSAV, much appreciated.

He talked me through them and the possible amplifiers I was prepared to buy and just let me listen to the various combinations. He was always ready to answer questions and set up the next pairing. Super service.
