Mar 15,2023I ordered a blind for my lounge based on other good reviews. Even though the delivery was within the estimated date given when I ordered I still received an email saying that the blind had been slightly delayed but would be despatched within the next few days and then another email saying it had been. The blind arrived within a few days but unfortunately had been slightly damaged in transit as the box was also damaged. I emailed and sent photos and immediately received a reply apologising and saying that a new blind had been ordered and would be sent as soon as possible. I was also told to keep the damaged one so at least I have something at the window in the meantime. There were no excuses just apologies and a willingness to put things right.

Mar 15,2023Couldn’t recommend enough! The fabric I initially selected for my made to order blinds was out of stock but customer services (Laurie) speedily handled the situation and issued similar fabrics to choose from. Received and installed the blinds today - they are beautiful! Thank you!

I then phoned up to try and amend my order thinking I’d left it too late but they were very accommodating, and even though they had already cut the cloth they came up with a way to accommodate my change, at no extra charge and I was delighted with the result. Also the fabric I wanted was by far the cheapest I’d found.
