Feb 17,2023Friendly, respondent staff by email. Item arrived when it was due to. My only niggle would be that the pelmet was not cut to size but luckily my neighbour was able to do this for me so not too much of a big deal. Also the blind has velcro to stick the pelmet on I thought this was a bit odd as it doesn’t usually hold up very well (so far it has) it would have been better if it was clipped on the inside. Otherwise the blind was great and good value for money.
