They kept us updated regarding delivery and our items arrived on the date given, wrapped so neatly that the curtains were not creased and as they'd even added the curtain hooks I could hang them straight up. The quality is really great. I couldnt be happier with our purchase and customer experience.

Feb 24,2021Excellent quality, made on time and competitively priced. Slight issue with our track rail and tempo wave. I'd measured to the top of it as on the drawing and assumed the curtains would hang so the track was concealed. It doesn't, the hooks can only go on the top of the tape and the curtain dimensions have been adjusted to suit that arrangement (or shortened) Luckily we had bought quite a nice wall colour matching track here so it's not too big a problem in the end. I should have called for advice!

Apr 01,2021Order arrived quickly, just under 2 weeks. Quality is generally fine but we ordered three roman blinds and one of them is so far off straight we need to try and fix it or send it back. One is perfect and the other is slightly wonky but not so bad it can't be used. Having ordered from other suppliers before that take longer I expected the folds to at least be straight as they always have been before. But they were cheap and fast.
