Jan 06,2024Have taken my sewing machine here at the Gillingham Branch to be serviced then had an issue couple weeks lasted they took it in no problem and fixed all under warranty. Super Friendly and Knowledgeable I have had the pleasure of dealing with Holly who’s amazing. I also bought a new industrial machine which was delivered next day and set up and a demonstration from the great engineers.

Nov 08,2023I had 2 old sewing machines and went in to get at least one of them repaired. The staff member who greeted me helped me in with the machines and looked at them straight away. He saw what was wrong and showed me. He said either of them would cost quite a lot to repair and that spare parts in the future if anything else went on them would be difficult to find. He said it would be cheaper to get a new one than get either of them repaired. So I opted for a very good value Janome that was on offer. It was so lovely to deal with such a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful person and to come away satisfied.

May 17,2023Knew what I wanted from a sewing machine and was welcomed by a very efficient young lady, who knew her merchandise well. Was able to demonstrate the machine and even give some tips. Not pressured into super dooper models , very relaxed atmosphere, a great experience. Have now found my treat store with so many goodies, all will know where to go for presents for me. easy premises to find . Plenty of parking, easy access for mobility challenged, If you need some support and advice on which machine will reach your goals then not only pop along on May 28th for a Brother Day but with so much knowledge at hand, take the trip and treat yourself, or your partner or friend, well worth the journey , great staff plenty of items and machines. After researching I knew what I wanted now where to buy it. I spoke Holly and made an appointment to see Sue, who I was told would help. As a first timer to this kind of machine and having problems with one I bought from a local supermarket, I was apprehensive about the whole thing. Sue gave a tutorial her professionalism inspired me and filled me with such confidence that I spent the next two weeks sergering any and everything I could. Alex and Marcus the engineers also looked after my sewing machine in helping with the threader and servicing. I visited the shop today and met a wonderful technician Tony who was able to sort my problem with my automatic needle threader in minutes. He is an absolute lifesaver.
