Jan 28,2023I would 100% recommend this company I have previously dealt with their Maidstone store and today had to pop my machine into the Gillingham store to get a small repair. Staff are so helpful and friendly nothing is to much trouble. I would never trust anyone else with my machine like I do them. If you are in need of anything to do with sewing or embroidery machines this is the place for you :)

Did a fantastic job fixing my sewing machine and didn't have to wait to long either and I actually learn a few things that I wasn't aware the machine did. Very pleasant staff too, will be going back every year to have the machine service.

Despite it being their busiest time with school machines to service, Tony found time to look at my machine and it was all sorted in the time it took for me to have a cup of tea! Really impressed as I didn’t want to be without my machine. Highly recommended.
