Mar 23,2022We, a family of 4 booked the 7 day VPM Cocktail Creole tour on a 82 feet catamaran, between the main islands, and some small. It was the most exciting experience We ever have. The crew was so gentle, they do every thing they could do, for us, they catch fish nealy every day an served them for dinner, delicious! We did see so many different things, sleeping on the deck an look at all the stars above. The only little minus, was the cabins were very warm, during night time. Niels G. Danmark

Mar 04,2022The booking process was not that easy and there were some changes, however once we arrived in Seychelles communication was great. Nathalie directed us to our catamaran and facilitated a cabin upgrade as there had been cancellations due to COVID. Our captain Charlie and cook Brian were excellent. Both very informative and friendly. The food was very good.The itinerary was very good, allowing us to expérience the best of Seychelles. Nathalie was at Praslin where the boat was cleaned .she made sure that everything was going well .We loved our holiday and would highly recommend it. The only complaints are that the air inlets to the air conditioning system are next to the waste tank which caused an unpleasant smell in the cabin at times. The fan in the cabin is very old and noisy. In general all electronics could be upgraded.

SeyVillas has taken care of the whole journey, including flights and transportation between islands and to accomodations. Nothing failed and there's simply no reason not to let SeyVillas provide this service. We're Danish and all communication was done i fluent English and promptly at all times, even during weekends. All accomodations fully lived up to expectations and SeyVillas website works perfectly during the planning process. All in all there's simply nothing to put a finger on and I can highly recommend SeyVillas for your visit to Seychelles. Which, by the way, is an awesome destination.

The response time on email was problematic but I was able to contact them by telephone and sort out the issues and they were extremely helpful on the phone. They did not give us a direct contact details for the villa so we were unable to contact them directly to organize our arrival and we just turned up which was fine but it was a little disconcerting.

Oct 19,2022I would like to inform you that as we arrived to the hotel we got a no bathroom room. The manager demanded 30 Euro extra for an "upgrade" room with toilet. We never received any info that says this room had no toilet but the manager didn't care and said it's not his fault. We paid the extra because we can't sleep without a toilet in our room. We would like to request a refund for that amount from you. I would like to point out that the hotel never received info that we submitted to you such as that we are on a honeymoon and therefore didn't supply the extra gift for this occasion.
