Jun 02,2015We used Seyvillas to organise a short stay in the Seychelles and they were extremely helpful with all our travel arrangements. On our outward journey our flight was delayed and we missed our connecting flight which meant that we had to spend 24 hours in Abu Dhabi. We used the emergency information provided by Seyvillas to contact them and they arranged for the hotel to be contacted and also our airport transfer was in place for us the following day. We would recommend using Seyvillas to anyone going to the Seychelles.

Sep 17,2013We received excellent, helpful service from SeyVillas and their services could not be faulted. Chalets Anse Forbans was perfect. Exactly what we wanted. Small, friendly and steps from the beach and sea. The chalet was very spacious and very clean. Nicely spread throughout the gardens so there is room between yourselves and the next people. My teenage children loved it as well (16 & 17 yrs). Would highly recommend both SeyVillas and Chalets Anse Forbans.

Jul 20,2013We stayed in Praslin for 5 nights and Cerf Island for 8 nights. The Berjaya Resort in Praslin was utterly useless and overpriced. Their service sucks and they have no clue how to treat a guest. They were extremely impolite and negligent towards customers. Moreover, they have no clue about the word "clean" and apparently they have never seen a "mop". If you ask for room service, despite the ridiculous overprice they charge you, you have to go and pick it up yourself from the reception. Whereas, the stay in L'Habitation in cerf Island was wonderful. They always went an extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and they really know how to keep things fresh and clean. The Mason's Travel services, had everything clearly sorted and they were polite and friendly. But they had some punctuality issues and sometimes they were late, especially when they were supposed to give you vouchers to get on to a ferry. Overall, I rate my experience as 3 stars instead of 5 stars only because of the awful experience at the Berjaya resort in Praslin

Jul 20,2013We styayed at Takamaka villa for our honeymoon. Great location, good place for drinking champaign at sundown and being alone;) the staff helped a lot and tidied up the villa every day! We will highly recommend the place to stay. The booking service beforehand was good too. Thank you'

Jul 20,2013Sevillas has been very helpful and professional in organizing the trip to the Seyshelles. The organization and collaboration with the Mason's Travel organization was just perfect. Masons do a great job in keeping up where the guests are, picking them up in time, consulting them and they are very friendly. Everthing was great with the exception that the "Eden's Holydays Villas" was a real disappointment. From the location point of view the place is great. fantastic view. But the apartment was not good at all. Old funiture (like from the 50ties, old very soft bed, the bed linens were old, the kitchen was also at the lower limits, the key to the apartment was as if no key...... really a pitty. The manager however was very friendly and we moved then to an other hotel. We understood from the manager that we were not the first one to claim. We stongly recommend to spend time on La Digue! and also Praslin! By far the best also with the organized snorkling tours. All in all a great time on the Seyshelles!

Jul 01,2013Overall we were really disappointed by this expensive four-star hotel. We booked a particular room for two nights but when we arrived that room was not ready and the manager gave us silly excuses. After a big fuss, we could move in to our room the next day. The staff were not interested in helping at all, the service was really poor and the receptionists clearly did not like her job and seemed very bothered by guests. We ordered breakfast to our room which only arrived after two reminders. They picked up the dishes in the evening after they were asked to clean our room. Towels and used glasses were not changed, the room was not cleaned in the morning. The breakfast buffet was minimal. We only went for the weekend and this hotel spoiled our trip.

May 09,2013Firstly, because you do not accept credit cards, I was forced to use wire transfer and payed bank fees on both ends. Secondly, I was not met on arrival as I expected and thought I had payed for. No one was at the hotel, when I arrived, so I was forced to take a cab ($50). The so - called self catering does not work very well, as the "nearby" stores are poorly stocked. One day we are over run by bugs in our room.

May 09,2013My wife and 6 year old daughter booked our island hopping experience with SeyVillas and it really made our trip to the Seychelles a great experience and so much better than the usual 1 week stay at a resort. We stayed 4 nights in Praslin (Villa Bananier) and 4 nights in La Digue (Moonlight Beach Villa). In both locations, the rooms were quite good, the staff extremely friendly and helpful. In Praslin we only had b&b, breakfast was simple but ok. Also it was one of the cheapest accommodations available through SeyVillas, so we couldn't expect something too fancy. In La Digue we had half board. Breakfast was really good and varied and the dinner was always very good, especially the fish. Staff in both places were always very helpful in booking either rental car (Praslin) or bikes (La Digue). It was the first we booked the trip fully by ourselves and it was a very smooth process (booking, payment, logistics). Seychelles are an amazing destination and I honestly believe the best way of experiencing it is through hopping around through the various amazing islands and staying in small places, as opposed to staying at a full blown resort the whole time. I can highly recommended both the service of SeyVillas, as well as the places we stayed in.

Mar 25,2013Everything was spotless and efficient without complications. Email correspondence was professional and thorough, all questions and requests were handeled and met with great care. On-scene service in the Seychelles by the local agency was delt with great satisfaction, everything was taken care off. Our time in paradise was awesome and we will be returning, highlights were snorkeling on La Digue and Big game fishing on Praslin. We had no complaints what so ever. (We booked flight privately, hence no comment can be made on this feature). We recommend Seyvillas highly!

Jun 12,2015Great customer support from providing "pre-sales" information, to handling the travel booking up to "post-sales" customer care. My wife and I are avid and experienced travellers who normally take care of our own travel arrangements, so that we are in control and can easily make changes if necessary. However, for our honeymoon trip we wanted to have a more relaxed experienced without worrying where to get a transfer from the airports to the hotels, etc. So we chose Seyvillas for our honeymoon trip to the Seychelles. We were not disappointed and everything was very well arranged between Seyvillas and the local travel agent that took care of all transfers and accommodations. Thank you again Seyvillas!
