Dec 19,2023I submitted a poor review in Sept regarding a 'non-delivery' for which all in the chain denied responsibility. After my review I was contacted by Shade management. To their credit, they did not shy away from their responsibility and, once they were made aware of the fault in the logistics chain, they set about rectifying it. Well done. The umbrella itself is a fine piece of workmanship and, although I have chosen a very large umbrella, it is easy to take up and down and pretty sturdy in moderate winds. Now a satisfied customer.

Dec 19,2023Ordered the cantilever “Savannah” and delivery was so quick. Didn’t take long to set the umbrella up and absolutely love the quality and colour. We did upgrade to the large resin base and we are really happy with the decision.

Dec 18,2023Unfortunately the order (umbrella, cover & spike) was delivered to a previous delivery address some 2.5 hrs away. Also spike base was unusable. However, Andy and the team at Shade Australia have efficiently & effectively dealt with the issues and I believe have put in processes to mitigate them in future. My previous experience with Shade Australia was excellent. A good recovery!
