We've had one of the umbrellas for about a year and never had an issue with it. Ordered three more umbrellas this time round and all are fantastic. Staff are very helpful, they care about safety, and they care to make sure customers are getting the right umbrella / base for their needs.

Oct 30,2023The umbrella was delivered very soon after ordering. The assembly of the umbrella and base was straight forward. We have at last had some good sunny weather which has allowed us to use the umbrella. Easy to operate. The cover for the umbrella is tricky to use. Hopefully this will improve with experience.
