Jun 28,2023If Shade Australia was better at communication, I’d have given them 5 stars as the umbrella that I ordered online arrived in a good timeframe and I am really happy with the colour, size etc as well as the price. On the negative side, when I initially wanted to enquire about availability, I couldn’t reach them by phone so I emailed instead, getting a reply email the next day and a phone call the day after that. Strangely, on the day it was delivered I got an email to say it had been dispatched. Then 4 days after that I was given tracking information. I wondered if I was getting a second umbrella but no, it was the same tracking number. Apart from that, I am very happy with my purchase and would still recommend Shade Australia!
