Jan 19,2023Well, we visited personally shade Australia, they were very helpful and pleasant. We are very pleased with the umbrella, we also purchased a heavy granite base. After a week or so one roller on the heavy base collapsed making it impossible to relocate the umbrella. I sent photos and detailed explanation and asked for a replacement twice and received no response.This was six weeks ago. I have resorted to paying a handyman $59 to repair the roller so that l can use the umbrella.The handyman has made it better than the original, and l am out of pocket. Perhaps this review will jog their memory.
