Mar 23,2022I canceled the order after about 2 weeks of waiting. Order showed up 2 weeks after that. I contacted the company and told them that I had canceled the order. The representative said he would get it worked out and send me an email. I have never heard back from them. Very slow to ship and very poor communication.

Mar 07,2022Shapesplastic.com took my money and never shipped my product. I placed an order for cut-to-size pieces of PETG on Feb 16. Five days later, I followed up asking for an estimated shipment date. Brian Teitell replied saying “The average turnaround time is five-eight business days to ship from the date of purchase.” I thanked him for getting back to me and patiently waited. On March 1, I followed up since by that time, 8 business days had gone by. Crickets…. No response. On March 4, I sent another message asking for the status of the order…. NOTHING. I understand that for the past couple of years, leadtimes, delivery schedules, and pretty much everything else has gone out the window…. but that doesn’t give license to screw the people who continue to support your business. Even in pandemics, it’s not OK to just take someone’s money and then fail to communicate. Buyer beware…
