May 12,2022I had a little trouble on their website placing my order - I kept getting an error comment when I hit submit payment no matter which payment source I selected - but customer service was very helpful and when the product came it was exactly as I wanted it, cut to perfect size and it came really fast. They took extra care to wrap it in a thick box with lots of bubble wrap and strong tape.

May 11,2022Product was very well packaged and delivered without problem. The size was accurate according to my request. The edges were not sharp, but I probably should have had them softened. For me, that was price prohibitive. Had that been included in the overall price, I would have rated the experience 5 star. Certainly a solid 4 star review, though.

May 07,2022The product fits perfectly and looks good. The delivery took longer then expected and I had to pay $11.54 for postage due. It was supposed to be free shipping. The postal worker said it was because the package was listed as media and the wrong rate was paid by your company. I expect to be reimbursed for the postage.
