Feb 01,2022Customizable product / timely service. The ability to custom make items to my specific needs both in terms of material and size was wonderful. And the subsequent upgrade for faster shipping so I could get it in time was greatly appreciated. The entire process from order to arrival was around 5 days... unheard of in today's pandemic. I was able to add windows to a home product using my plexiglass order and everything got to me in time. Very happy with the service and product!

Jan 30,2022Got the plexiglass I ordered within the expected timeframe and no issues. There was some ambiguity around shipping, and when it was to arrive - but all worked out! I had holes drilled on each of the four corners, but I would've like to have an option for the gauge of the wholes, so that they would fit the standoffs I'd already purchased - had to expand after they arrived.

Jan 27,2022As is sometimes the case, my order got damaged in shipping. I emailed the company and asked about their damage policy. I got an nearly immediate email with an apology and assurance that a replacement was on the way. You just got a lifetime customer with that sort of service. Many businesses could learn from this excellent example.

Jan 25,2022Been waiting months for my Plastic. Only false response was an email stating the item was shipped. Sure- it never arrives. Another email stated someone would look into the delay. Nothing ever became of the so called interest in my order. It they haven't got the product SAY SO. Don't string along customers with lies and false emails of concern for my order. forgotten order number 4000004365 Placed Months ago.
