On the other hand, finding your company was the bane of my existence. It forced me to complete my DIY art frame project. Way harder than I expected! The easiest part was setting in your art-grade plexiglass!

Dec 17,2021The piece I order was delivered with a chipped corner and a very visible scratch near the center of one side. I've reached out to Customer Server for the past number of days but have yet to get a response. Update #1 Initially posted the a 1 star review for the above. Since writing that, a Customer Service rep did reach out and will send a replacement. Bumping to 3 stars for now amd will provide an update once the new item is received and inspected. Update #2 I did received the replacement and this one was packaged much better and was delievered without any scratches, chips or any blemishes. The only thing is the height measurement wasn't 100% correct on the replacement. The 1st one was correct, the 2nd was cut slightly shorter than my request. Rather than hassel with trying to get another replacement I'll just make it work.

When I never received the order I reached back out looking for a tracking number but my emails went unanswered. Another two weeks went by and after multiple ignored emails I FINALLY got a tracking number and my order a week later.

Dec 24,2021You are telling me that I ordered frosted but I would never have done that. I know I selected clear but you are telling me that I ordered frosted and now I have got 6 useless sheets and I'm out $140. Everyone should be cautioned about the way you do business
