Nov 24,2021I was satisfied with my purchase however the shipping of the product was extremely lengthy (over three weeks). I was forced to contact you and request my order status. Afterwards my order was shipped and arrived a few days later. It wasn’t my greatest online order experience.

Nov 18,2021I ordered a piece of plastic that was listed as "in stock" on 10/15. I kept checking back to see what the status of the order was, since I expected it to ship fairly quickly seeing as it was listed as in stock. 10 days later (10/25), the order status was still listed as "processing" so I called their support number to try and get an update. No answer. A couple days later (10/27) I had not heard back from them, and used their website's contact form to try and reach someone about cancelling my order. At this point I had called around town and found other vendors who would be able to supply me locally same-day. The website does not include any functionality to cancel an order. Finally on 10/28, a full 13 days after placing my order, it was listed as "shipped." When It did finally arrive, it was well packaged and arrived safely, so points for that, but I still have not had anyone at the company return my call or respond to my contact form communications. While the end-product is fine, I simply won't do business with a company I can't reach, and who doesn't respond to it's customers' inquiries. I won't be shopping here again unless there is no other option for what I need.

Nov 17,2021Customer service was excellent. They sent a product with incorrect dimensions but resolved the situation with one quick phone call. Ordered three protective acrylic furniture tops. Two were the correct size and thus far do exactly what they are supposed to do. Would highly recommend as a substitute for glass, which is heavier and more dangerous if broken.
