Sep 21,2021Great communication, easy ordering and pricing on the website. Good explanation of products, user friendly, fast shipping, EXCELLENT packaging (no chance this sheet was going to break). There are times you want something to be straightforward and simple, and ordering a sheet of plastic to replace a patio coffee table is one of them. I knew the dimensions and what I wanted, and it was easy to order. Overall would use again in the future for all our plastics needs.

Sep 17,2021I am supprised my order made it at all. Very poor methods were used to package the different sizes of plastic sheet. The smaller pieces were not secured and allowed to shift about depending which end FedEx decided to stack it in the delivery truck. So poorly was it packaged that some pieces were coming through one side. It appeared FedEx taped the bottom to keep pieces from exiting the packaging as they had beat through the cardboard. Also no corner bumpers were installed on the pieces to keep the corners from chipping or flattened due to impact. Pieces were cut to my measurements but that's about all I can say that was good other than all the pieces arrived due to FedEx's intervention. Probably will not buy from this place in the future. Not until they fix their packaging methods.

Sep 15,2021The company cut my plastic to the exact size specified. They notified me that there might be a delay in the shipment and would I accept an alternative product at no extra charge which I did. The product was advertised and is reasonably priced. Excellent customer service.

LOVE THE FREE SHIPPING! other sites were asking $50+ for shipping for a 27inch by 27inch piece! It also showed up at my house only 2 days after being shipped out. Very happy with my product and experience with this company.

Sep 12,2021Ordered custom cut acrylic rectangles with polished edges. The order was completed, packaged very well and shipped in timely fashion. The acrylic sheets were exactly as I ordered. i would shop with them again.

Sep 10,2021I ordered a clear cast plexiglass custom sized unit. Product quality is excellent. Website is very easy to navigate and understand. The only issue I have, which is very minor, is that a week went by between invoice email and shipping email. Would have liked to have received an email in between saying that my product was in the process of being made. Like I said, very minor. Also, shipping date was off by 5 days. But we had just had flooding everywhere because of Hurricane Ida. Otherwise great product. Would definitely refer this business. Thanks, Brian Wayne, NJ
