Sep 07,2021I ordered four panels to replace faded fake stained glass panels in a garage door. They arrived quickly, fit perfectly and updated the look of the door. They also let in a lot more light than the old yellow ones. Hard to believe that such an inexpensive update could have such a huge impact on the curb appeal of my house.

Sep 07,2021Custom plastic was cut perfectly and delivered quickly, as promised. Product was packed very well so it arrived in perfect condition. The small Plexiglas sheet I ordered came with easy to remove protective film on both sides and corner protectors. These were really appreciated because they made it easy to align the piece and mark it for drilling prior to installation while keeping the material in perfect condition.

Sep 02,2021Shape Plastics sent me a piece of Plexiglas that was the wrong size. I called and spoke to Brian. He said they would send a new piece in the correct size, no problem. Then I received an email saying my credit card payment for the original order was being credited back to my card. I called and said, no, I don't want credit, I want the new piece correctly sized. I was told I would have to re-order what I want. I did, which put me back in line behind many other customers so I didn't get the piece I ordered for weeks! Very unprofessional.

Sep 02,2021The large 1”x18”x56” sheet was not pack well at all. Did not protect the corners and edges for shipment. FedEx of course damaged this shipment but not too the point that it was not usable. The other package was well packed and came without any issues.

Sep 02,2021Web site said same day shipping. That was not the case it was 3 days before I received my shipping receipt. Product is spot on and my project built isn’t on a deadline. No harm no foul.

Aug 27,2021The measurement was exactly what had been requested. I thank you. There were some small scratches on one side which were not visible until I cleaned the acrylic. They would not be visible unless the piece is held close. Thank you for the careful packing as well.
