However, it got delayed in the middle of the shipping process, and was detained between UPS, Mail Innovations, and the USPS. I was very close to deadline to receive it for my purpose. When I emailed customer service about my dilemma, they actually reshipped the order to me in a timeframe that would work for me. At no additional cost. Eventually, I received the orginal order also, and was allowed to keep both orders. This is excellent customer service!
