No tracking details, and incredibly long delivery time. The sheet music I ordered in January did not arrive for 3 months, and still hasn’t as of writing this review. Without order tracking or any kind of updates, I have no idea whether I will receive it at all.

I bought two pieces, one was fine but the other was just a page with lyrics and a few chords written over top of the words. It was cheaper than the other piece which always actual sheet music, but I could have googled that for free. It was a Tom Waits piece that I wanted to read what’s in the record performance, not just see the changes.

I used to love your site, but after it was redesigned, the website doesn't work. I had a wish list that I had compiled over a few years. I am a teacher. I actually had bought many things from that list, but after the the redesign, everything on the list was gone. Not only that, when I painstakingly tried to recreate the list several times, over several hours, nothing was saved. I put things on the list and the next time they are gone. There are other issues, but this is the main one. I actually try not to use your site at this point. It's too bad. I bought a lot of music through your site and was a loyal customer.

My experience was awful. I could not sign in for some reason so I had to order as a guest. Last year when I ordered I actually talked with a very nice lady who helped me submit my order. Now there is no way to actually speak with someone. Now I’m patiently waiting for my order (s) to come. Last year when I had someone on the phone asking me questions, like “If a selection is not ready when the rest are do you want to hold all until the piece (s) are all in our warehouse”… my answer was wait and send all together please”…. Now I’ve been waiting for separate orders. I’m not happy with the way I cannot track my orders (s) I have spent a lot of money and I’m frantic that I will not receive my music.
