Feb 23,2021I am the manager of a care home and needed a portable screen to allow visits. due to the nature of the product and what it is for, i couldn't believe it when the estimated time delivery was up to 6 weeks, but arrived the very next morning. This allowed me to open the home to visitors that my residents really needed. The product is of very good quality. I would certainly use this company again, and very highly recommend it.

Dec 05,2019Bike shelter arrived and wasn't silver as advertised, but was white/cream in colour. 1st delivery refused as instructed by Shelters4less customer adviser, not the correct colour. 2nd delivery was the same shelter, so refused delivery again. Contacted customer support and was advised that they had spoken to the manufacturer who advised that it was the correct colour (white/cream) for the product. 3rd delivery accepted, although not the correct colour silver as advertised, as I need the shelter & didn't want to faff about getting another. Shelters4less need to ensure what they advertise is correct, as I would have got the shelter from somewhere else who could have provided a silver one. Now have to paint the one I received! Not too sure I would buy from them again.
