Aug 17,2023I contacted customer service and the rep was ON IT. He proactively confirmed the locations available for drop off on a holiday weekend. (Usually customer service these days push effort back on the customer (saying....you can Google that) or give out bad information (they should be open on a holiday but I'm not will to check on that for you unless you insist)

Aug 17,2023Makes camp pick up so much easier! We travel with our dog, other sibling, and there's not a lot of room for the camp bags, so this makes life so much easier. Bags were dropped off two days after we arrived home. Scheduling was very easy and customer service is responsive when I have questions.
