Oct 23,2024I recently had an unfortunate experience with Shown that I feel compelled to share. Having been intrigued by their software offering, I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it quickly became apparent that this was not the right decision. Software Issues: The primary issue was that the software did not function as promised. Right from the start, I encountered numerous bugs and glitches that made the application nearly impossible to use effectively. Despite spending considerable time troubleshooting, I could not get the software to perform even its basic functions reliably. Customer Service: To make matters worse, when I reached out to their customer service for assistance, the support I received was far from satisfactory. Responses were slow, and the solutions offered were generic and ineffective. It seemed as though the customer service team was either overwhelmed or simply indifferent to resolving my issues. Time Lost: As a result of these problems, I lost two weeks trying to make the software work. This was not just frustrating but also had a significant impact on my productivity and project timelines. In conclusion, this experience has left me disappointed and regretful about choosing this company. I would caution others to be wary and consider alternatives before committing their time and resources to this software.
