I ordered the Toyota Avensis 2003-2007 Aftermarket Radio Upgrade DAB (Free Backup Camera), and it came in 3 days before expected original delievery date....was quite surprised by such a speedy shipping! Part works very well. Will definitely look here first if I need anything in the future.

I have received an excellent support and guidance both before and after the purchase. Khan was extremely helpful with realtime support ( outside working hours ) when i needed help. I really like the quality of the product. I definitely recommend Sigma Car Stereo and i will purchase from them again.

Apr 10,2022Sigma Team, I purchased the 1880 Model Radio for my 2007 Volvo XC90. I've spent over $600 for this unit and it doesn't come with a Users Guide or Installation Manual. The add on you web page indicated this was a Plug & Play. Sounds simple enough. 1st Issue: It took an extremely long time to receive the unit. 2nd issue: There is no documentation (User/Installation) manual for this unit. For $600+ there should be a user/installation manual. 3rd Issue: The harness to adapt it to the original car radio is convenient, bur there numerous additional wiring that has labels but no way knowing if I need them now or for future add-ons. 4th Issue: I connected the new unit with the provide harness, the new unit powers up, but I have no sound. Yes, I have it on AUX IN on the car radio. This is were a installation manual would be helpful. 5th Issue: starting at 8:54 AM, I've sent 2 emails, It's now 2:06 PM. It's been 5 hours and I haven't got a reply as of yet. 6th Issue: The documentation on Sigma website states, with the new harness, you will maintain the same Steering Wheel controls you had with your original radio, it does not work. 7th Issue: This unit is suppose to be an upgrade to the original radio, There doesn't seem to be a AM/FM radio on it. No Radio Icon.... Again, an installation manual would be nice. Note: I've been a technician for over 20+ years (Automotive and Computers) I know how to troubleshoot, but with any new product, it's nice to have documentation for troubleshooting the issues.

Then after the purchase i ran into an issue. I got a response on less than 24 hours with someone addressing my issue and even sending me photo reference on my question so i knew exactly what i missed. Product was also exactly as described and work perfectly. Could not ask for any more out of this company and i will not hesitate to buy from them again.

Mar 30,2022I bought this head unit for my daughters car and she’s thrilled with it. Excellent Customer service from Khan. I sent him numerous emails when I was installing the unit and he replied within the hour, even though it was the weekend. Wireless CarPlay takes a while to connect but not a problem if you use the USB port. Now looking to buy another for my car.

May 15,2022Purchased a radio upgrade for our 2009 Mini Cooper from Sigma Car Stereo. The experience was excellent! Extensive information provided on their website about available products, along with very detailed photos and descriptions to ensure customers select the correct product configuration. Communication with the company staff was also outstanding. The product arrived promptly and fit perfectly after installation. Our 2009 Mini now has up to date technology that works beautifully. And a backup camera was included for free! All in all an excellent choice!
