Jul 24,2023While everything leading up to our receiving of the pins was great, I will never use signature pins again. We were promised a date and the pins arrived a week later, well into our Nationals tournament. The girls missed a vital part of their tournament and our team was out $1300 and now we are left with 400 pins. There was no refund, just a discount for future use offered. We were told we could change shipping address and reroute. We attempted they wouldn’t overnight so we wouldn’t have received the pins at nationals until we were done playing. Highly disappointed with this company.

I had the pins in exactly 1 week. On time and no problem with the product. I would use Signature pins again if we ever needed pins in future.
