After speaking with a representative they made sure they would make this a rushed order for me so we could have them in time for a funeral. I am excited to see the outcome as they are being worn to memorialize a good friend, teammate, and brother in law enforcement.

Jun 14,2020Terrible customer service. The package arrived and ups required $262 in import fees. Signature Pins assured me that they would contact UPS and sort out the issue. UPS attempted deliver 3 times and every time they wanted the import free paid. I never received my order and it missed the event that I needed them for. I have paid for them and not received them. Find another vendor!
