We had a boiler service reminder sent through a few weeks before being due. Were able to get a prompt appointment with 2 hour window. Which we appreciated. Had reminder email day before visit. Boiler was thoroughly serviced. All running good. Again friendly service. Remembered where things were from last year. Would recommend and will be using next year.

Dec 04,2024I have only used this company for a few years but I have to say I am very happy with them. They send you a reminder as to when your service is due…when you call to make an appointment it is all handled very swiftly and courteously. You can set up an appointment on line as well but I prefer the phone . You are then given a time slot and the engineer in my case has always been punctual. They are very professional and know their stuff. I will be continuing to use this company as I am confident in their service.
