Nov 17,2021Cardinal sin of putting petrol in tank instead of diesel .. Called simple fuel solutions and Jenna arrived within the hour .. She was very professional , friendly and had us back on the road in 45 minutes with the minimum of fuss .. Top class service , who I would recommend to anyone who lands in this embarrassing situation .

Nov 03,2021Tom arrived very soon after we had phoned our road side insurance, within less than 45 minutes.He was very professional and friendly, and explained exactly what he would do. He drained the main fuel tank quickly, then to be sure the second fuel tank was completely empty, he used his laptop to connect to the car’s software, and managed to empty it too. Very skilful. He also provided 5 litres of the correct fuel, and advised that it should be filled soonest with the correct fuel. He also advised that the fuel filter be changed soonest. Overall, he was very reassuring and helpful. We followed his advice and have has no problems with the car since then

Simple Fuel Solutions phoned to confirm their time of arrival and the name of the person coming out, and also reassured me about the likely lack of permanent damage I would have done. When Tom arrived he fixed the problem quickly and explained what he was doing. Excellent company, would highly recommend.

Oct 30,2021I put the wrong fuel into my car. I feared the worst as i had drove the car a good few miles. I contacted Jamie at simple fuel solutions and he reassured me the car would fine after a fuel drain. This was over a month ago and there has been no issues with the car since. I cant thank Jamie enough for his help!

We were impressed with his thoughorness , especially to make sure we had his mobile number and his assurance that he would wait 15 mins in case we had a problem subsequently. No such problem was encountered and we drove over 400 miles home with no issues.
