I still did not receive my complete order after 8 days of order.
Knowledgeable assistants, speed in which the item was delivered. Patience when instructions were given of how to assemble and disassemble the product
James from Simplelife has been very helpful and kind in answering all my questions regarding scooter hire and the how to do it when i visit their location. He is a credit to his employers and even followed up with me today to check everything went ok. Unfortunately i couldnt make it on the day but i now know what i need to do when i do so.

I didn’t receive any email telling me that my order had been dispatched or when delivery would be. My Rollz flex 2 rollator seems great quality just what I wanted. 3 stars reflect poor communication not product quality

A pleasure to deal with. Had to return first pair of slippers as a little neat for size and order a larger pair. Goods arrived swiftly and return & refund all handled promptly. Impressive customer service all round.

Very friendly helpful staff who replied speedily to my phone call and Mum's brand nw rollator arrived exactly when you said it would, just a few days later. Good value for money
Used simplelifemobility for delivery of riser recliner chairs. Dealt with a lady called Sue who was extremely helpful and kept me updated on details of delivery etc. courier used was also very efficient and guys were very friendly and helpful with my elderly parents.
I thought I had ordered the wrong thing. I contacted them and they were so kind and helpful. Totally reassured me. Phoned and updated me more than once on day of order.
The delivery men seemed to know nothing about the scooter and took a long time to get it going.there was a big mess left in the garage where it was being set up.this was most disappointing.
I never received the bronze foldable walker. You called and said you would send me a silver one free of charge while I waited for the bronze one but the one I ordered never came.
Item was not delivered, however in contacting customer services Sue dealt with my issue very quickly indeed and it was delivered the next day all in all the product is excellent communication however could be better being able to track your purchase would help I could not do this ?
