A friendly welcoming voice that represents our company as if they were part of the team. We have been working with Simply66 for a couple of years now. The team are amazing and always go the extra mile to listen to our customers, support our team during busy periods and most importantly greet our customers with a welcoming voice and proactive response. Very competent, professional call answer service. We've used a couple of other firms before but these are head and shoulders above them. All calls are handled very competently and their customer service is excellent. I love how all calls are recorded so you can see listed to any conversation, its all very transparent.

I don't usually write reviews, but in this case I've made an exception. Having waited a few months before submitting a review we have now used Simply66 for 6 months now and every facet of their service has been above and beyond. Customer Service - the customer service provided to us as the client is second to none. Attentive and responsive, there is never a moment where we feel our needs are not being attended to. (Special thanks to Steph!). Servicing Our Customers - the receptionists at Simply66 who field our calls are all very professional and have really gotten to know our brand and products well. Able to answer customers' queries very knowledgeably. Even with difficult customers they always maintain a professional manner. Thank you! Services - We previously were with another virtual PA company for a few years and should have moved to Simpy66 a lot earlier. The other company in comparison for doing less, charged us twice as much! Also the ability to listen to every single call that has been taken (when you have the time!) is great. This allows additional coaching in the beginning, but to be honest we've not listened to a call in months now and trust the PAs. Anyway - a long one but I thought credit were credit is due. Thanks Simply66 for a great service and looking forward to many happy years together.

Simply66 are profressional, presonable and utilise excellent technology to deliver an excellent level of service. As a business i require a friendly service which can communicate to all my clients. Simply66 are able to connect to each of my clients. Being able to listen to all calls off any device (globally) is important to me via the handy emails which contain the actual recording of my messages. I recommend Simply66 to any business requiring a friendly yet professional approach with quick emails as the calls happen Keep up the good work Andrew

For us, it's not the volume of calls, its knowing that we will capture every one and respond in a timely manner. Simply 66 are a very safe pair of hands to help us do this and they have handled our calls very well indeed and provided us with a very professional front office. The recorded calls are great!

Couldn't be happier with the service. We sell aircraft and the girls get some interesting calls from all over the world and never miss a beat! They always take all the detail we need in a professional and efficient way and the call recording is a real bonus.

We've only been with them a short while, but they have picked up our requirements quickly and professionally. I love the recordings, sometimes they can add a whole new angle to a customer enquiry.
