This scammy operator sent me a "FINAL REMINDER" of some of its marketing offers. What The Fork! So I found them online and went to Delete Account. It told me I'd have to call a number. I called 4 times only for the call to ring off without any answer. Their Support Centre link went to: "This site can’t provide a secure connectionsupport.smarttradeapp.com uses an unsupported protocol. ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH" Scammers. Steer clear.
Awful company. I have contacted them by message and email asking them to delete my account I set up to use for my business as I don't use it. I get no response. I found a couple of phone numbers which don't work. Worst customer service and would not recommend. Just keep getting promotional emails. I have found better products elsewhere.
I have asked company to remove me from their data base, but am still getting calls and emails to contact them.. I have just signed in and their support page comes up with this Secure Connection Failed so am unable to request a remove account. So, Please can you remove me from your database

I am currently locked out of my account and unable to process. No warning. I just did a transaction 5 minutes before it decided to lock me out! What happened?! Everything has been smooth so far. Then went to process another transaction and it sent me back to the login page and said email or password wrong. ??? Sent 3 emails and still waiting. I have a business to run that is seasonal and it's SEASON. This is ridiculous!
I set up an account last week. I used it to take payments over the course of the day and at midday the following day, I was locked out my account. It said it didn’t recognise my password and when I tried resetting this- no emails ever appeared in my email. I have emailed and left messages for customer services and had no reply. I have no way to access my money.
I'm glad that I started with SPM, because the payments going smoofly and secure. It's super for me and my clients!

This is the 4th payment system I've tried and by far the best. It's much easier than the card reader ones which I've had countless issues with and honestly sometimes I've used both at the same time because having both options is better

This company is a joke. It’s been over 4 weeks since I applied for an account. They asked for all sorts of information including passport Id, even photographs of my house. However nothing materialised making me think it’s a dodgy. Given the level of service I would not expect prompt payment and have asked my account if it has been set up to be closed. I think there are other companies in this space who seem better organised
From 22nd May to yesterday when I told them not to continue my application there was no progress with them despite regular reminders. They continually claimed that the issue was with their payment provider. Normally this should take 3 to 5 days. I would not recommend anyone to use this company, and have gone elsewhere.
