We have been trying to set up to accept payments for over a week and keep getting emails saying that we will receive a response in 48 hours and then another saying they are waiting on a response to their question but no question has been asked. This apparent quick and easy set up has taken nearly 2 weeks and now have received a message saying it is all resolved yet we are still not set up - help!!!!

I have recently started using the SimplyPayMe to collect payments for my business. I have found the whole process seamless from start to end. I now really rely on the app, and will continue to use it going forward to collect my customer payments.

I have been using SimplyPayMe to take payments for my business for a little while now. I have found it essential to my business with the current restrictions, being able to take payments from my customers without putting anyone's safety at risk. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a simple but great option when running their business

I first discovered SimplyPayMe back in 2018 when I started working with them collaboratively to support small independent merchants. Having worked in payments for the majority of my career, I was blown away by their excellent & simple to navigate platform as well as impressed with their company wide focus on keeping the customers needs at the front & centre of all they do. They work tirelessly to ensure business of all sizes & geographies are given access & guidance through the complex payment ecosystems, which can be difficult to navigate for even the most sophisticated of businesses. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!

Perfect app for my business! I have been using the app for a while now and really cant fault it. Especially good, in the current pandemic, at keeping all staff and clients safe. The customer support team are always quick to respond and deal with everything so efficiently. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

I have just started using the SimplyPayMe app. I have so far been very impressed with how easy the app is to use. I have a large team of people, and being able to allocate jobs to them really saves me a lot of time, and also I am able to keep track of what is going on in my business. The customer service team have been great when I have had any questions, and come back to me as soon as possible. Would highly recommend.

Questions question questions I signed up to give simply pay me a go and it looked ok I did a test payment that strangely came through into my account quite quickly.......good first impressions being used I see. NOW took my first real payment over five working days ago and my payment still says PROCESSING why? Sent an email and have had no reply so it would seem I’m£95 out of pocket at this point. How Long does it take to process a real payment? Please answer me as it’s not looking good at this point

I have recently taken a payment via debit card on 25th aug. To date (3rd sept) this is still "processing". I was under the impression (as it popped up on 25th,) funds will clear by 1st Sept. No way of calling, so emailed yesterday, still no answers or help.

No need for a card reader. Just use your smartphone. Simple, efficient and low cost. Even more useful during covid19 as it's a contactless and cashless way to accept payments.

Further to my review below ( from 2 days ago) I would like to update it to say that both the CEO and Maggi have both been brilliant in sorting out the fiasco of not been able to use my account since October. Thank you so much for all your help. Been much appreciated. You have now gone from one star to 6 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - cant give the extra star here so ive created it myself

Thought I would give this app a go but processing times for receiving my own money is a joke.no reply to questions etc either.will be going elsewhere when my payment finally clears Update have been charged 15% on test payment.funny they advertise 2-3%
