Feb 15,2022Everything ok. It would have been better if it were clearly explained that the sim card is working as soon as you put it in the phone. Instead the instructions are to call a number to configure it. If you are someone who actually reads and follows such instructions you end up wasting your time when the automated voice tells you the card is not valid. This was quickly cleared up by the customer service chat but could have been altogether avoided by omitting the irrelevant and incorrect text on the kit in the first place.

Feb 22,2022Haven't try the SIM yet but SIm 4 USA have been very reactive with my order and manage to sort some error I made during the order process. The delivery time was fast. Take care if you deliver to Europe as FedEx is charging some Taxes while entering your country (around 10€)
