Aug 06,2024I was skeptical but I have been using the super youth for about a week now and my hair is already feeling softer. I am experiencing less joint pain which has led to increased activity levels. My bloating has also decreased significantly. The fruit punch taste great. Looking forward to seeing more health benefits as I continue my skinny fit journey.

Aug 06,2024I tried the “try before you buy” program and unfortunately I had to request for a return. I tried the product following instructions but the smell of the powder and the taste were not of my likings. I also had to use bathroom often after usage which worries me if I am outside. I contacted customer service to request return and it was a little confusing. Initial response took about 2 days, the 2nd response took a day. The 3rd responses on were very quick turn around but I contacted a couple times to get clarification on a return. With the program, user pays shipping and the product is free until next charge hit the users credit card or make a return within 21 days from the ordered day. It looks like the user will need to return the used product to complete its return process within 21 days from the program order date with provided free return label and get the automated subscription cancelled before being charged for the automated subscription which will be charged after the program end date. I was told that the original shipping is not refundable.

Aug 05,2024Didn't receive order. Emailing customer service doesn't help. They try to assure you the order is on the way when it is showing stuck in the same depature spot for over 6 days. Finally I had a text message conversation with the person who tried to get me to add on to my purchase by calling in the beginning and she seems to want to help and solve.

Aug 05,2024I think that a sample should be considered a sample and people should be given time to try it. Without being charged or even considered charging them in case it doesn't work or they don't like it. Or how about this.. maybe they do like it but want to purchase it another way. Don't automatically charge a person's account without their permission!

Aug 04,2024I have only used the product for 3 days. It's way too soon to tell if there's any positive effects from it. The taste is mild, it's not overpowering. I will leave another review after my first bag is gone.

Aug 02,2024I really think it's false advertising to give a 21-day trial and then by time you get it half of that 21 day is gone, and I haven't even tasted it yet let alone getting 21 days to see if it works or not!!! I ordered on 7/3 and didn't receive product until 7/11, so I literally only had a week and a few days to try it out. Then you give zero notice and just charge the card used for the shipping to pay for the 21 DAY FREE TRIAL product you promise to let us try for 21 days. Then when I try to get my money back, you say it's within limits??? That's false advertising as I hadn't even gotten a true 21 days to try the product before letting you know if I want to keep the product and be charged or return with no questions asked. I am HIGHLY DISSATISFIED!!! And I feel you are not a genuine customer satisfaction-oriented company to not give my money back!! I try to fight it with PayPal, but for some reason they sided with you. My next step is to put fraud charges against you with my bank and they fight harder than PayPal! My suggestion is to reach out to me by email....you should know who I am!! If I have not heard from you by next Friday, I am reaching out to my bank!!
