I want this order or subscription for whatever this is cancelled. My daughter used my information and credit card for this. I do not wish to receive anything from you. Please correct this mistake

I responded to an advertisement for a promotional nutritional product from a company called SkinnyFit LLC. I paid approximately $5.00 for the promotional item shipping and handling and received the product. Shortly afterwards, we were notified by our financial institution that SkinnyFit had attempted to make several charges on our card, the first of which went through for the amount of $54.25. Their repeated attempts to charge additional charges $54.25 were stopped by our financial institution. At the advice of financial institution we cancelled the debit card from which they attempted to charge multiple times. We called SkinnyFit to cancel the transaction and any further attempts. We received a return authorization to return the subscription items and they received the subscription items back on May 27th, 2024.. I might add that no where in the documentation did it say that it was for a subscription or anything of that nature. SkinnyFit claims that since the original card was cancelled, the only option that they have is to offer us a "store credit" and I don't want a store credit, I want the $54.25 returned to us. Out of the many phone calls we have made, we have been hung up on, promised that a manager will call us back (none ever have) and overall lied to. I have also noted that we are not alone in experiencing this type of treatment per the BBB.org complaints against SkinnyFit. Their business practices constitute fraud when it comes to the unauthorized and illegal subscription. As for a resolution, I would like to have our money refunded to us and that they be prosecuted for their fraudulent business practices.

I am a week into drinking this in the morning with my juice and I can say this has curbed my appetite. I don't have any craving for sweets and munchies. And the flavor!!! Oh my goodness the flavor is amazing, I have peach mango. I have added with apple juice or orange juice, and it's never disappointed in taste! This stuff is the truth! I have told several friends about it already.
I have been reaching out to customer service several times to return my order and I have not had any response!

I never received my product. I paid for it but never received it. What's going on with that? My Mail carrier never got it but y'all are saying it was delivered.
I ordered skin fit on June 9th. Got one of try before you buy, and then I canceled my subscription on June 24th. And they just keeping take the money out from my checking account, so I called my and explained the situation to them and changed my debit card and this morning July 2 second 2024 as 2:30 am they tooled money out of my checking account again twice, now checking account is overdrawn! This one angry customer!! Never going to deal skinny fit again!
I spoke with Joe, so he said. I canceled my subscription. I was supposed to have received a parcel number or something to return the Peach Mango flavor powder, because I find the taste putrid. Nasty. So I may get a refund. I still have not received anything. I have looked in my spam, inbox & nothing.

The HydroBottle shrunk by 3 sizes in the dishwasher. There is no verbiage on the item or in emails that this item is not dishwasher safe. I have asked for a refund and for my subscription to be canceled but I've been charged twice (within 2 days or each other) since. I have contacted PayPal for my refund. 7/16 And I still haven't received the return label I asked for. The reply below is a waste. I contacted their customer several times and only got bots responses for a week. When a person finally responded there was no follow through.

I honestly love the drink mix and gummies. Id really love to try other flavors! It's very hydrating.
This is horrible to try to mix up. I even tried with a frother. It wasn’t until I looked at comments on the Facebook page that it’s best to mix it with hot water first. That would have been nice to know on the instructions. Also, I haven’t noticed any difference. I’ve only been using it for a week so going to give it a couple more weeks.
