Aug 29,2019The jump and jump experience was great, the waiting for 4 hrs wasn't, would like to see a proper booking system, when you arrive you get scheduled but mine was for 3hrs later , so why not schedule beforehand and ask me to check in an hour before not 3. the weather was perfect and the plane was taking off 3/4 times an hour, so the planning ahead of the manifest would of worked fine

Aug 26,2019Expect your skydive to become postponed as it is weather permitted (obviously). This was originally a surprise birthday present, which was then re-scheduled numerous times which killed the buzz, but this was out of everyone’s control. Apart from this (which isn’t their fault), ALL staff were very happy to help, were able to support all needs we had and made the whole experience feel safe and exciting. Will definitely go back.

Aug 21,2019Although the venue is a bit rough and ready we found the overall experience to be first class. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The pre-jump safety brief was presented in a very professional way but with a hint of light heartedness to prevent any worries or concerns that we may have had. My tandem instructor was Aaron, an RAF instructor. He was extremely friendly and professional and made me feel very safe and secure for the whole of the experience. All stages of the jump were talked through whilst the aircraft was climbing to altitude (2 Miles). I would like to thank all the staff and especially Aaron for making my day (And my wife Jo's 50th Birthday jump) such a special one. I will remember the day and the sheer exhilaration for the rest of my life. I would recommend this to anyone who has not done it before and I would certainly do it again - it is worth every penny!! Thank you all for the best day ever!! :))

Aug 21,2019What an amazing experience from start to finish! We were made to feel very welcome from the very beginning and everything was very well organised. The training was very brief but very professional and gave us all the info needed. Dylan, my tandem instructor was brilliant throughout and made me feel extremely safe. I would recommend getting the video, the quality is excellent, and something to look back on again and again and wonder... did I really do that?! Thanks again to the whole team, you made my birthday one to remember!

I had paid for for the video experience which included a camera man called Ryan who was also very friendly and professional. I highly recommend to all to get the extra video package as it was worth every penny

Aug 30,2019Appalling customer service - I'm sure if you actually get to jump you'll have a great time but please read below and be warned! I purchased a voucher for the AFF level 1 course for my husband at a cost of £380 and was sent a PDF voucher by email. Between purchasing and redeeming the voucher my husband had a back injury so Martin (the director) told my husband (rudely) that he would not be able to jump. Fair enough but he then refused to give us a refund! It's not like we were trying to cancel or had even booked anything! After MANY emails and having to pay £25 for a medical form that just confirmed my husband couldn't do the jump, I was offered a partial refund. I then queried exactly WHERE on the terms and conditions it stated that in this situation (ie them not allowing us to redeem the voucher - and I don't disagree with the reason for this at all) that we would be charged £100. Yes I can see that there is a £50 deposit if you book a skydive then choose to cancel but absolutely nothing that states what happens in our situation. Despite MANY more emails, Martin is now ignoring me and refusing to show me where I can find in his T&Cs that we will be charged £100. So I would just say - buyer beware. I hope you get to enjoy your Skydive experience but if for some reason you cannot, please be warned that you will not get all your money back, and you will be ignored by a rude man who needs to update his terms and conditions to make this clear. Ultimately it's cost us £125 for a PDF email. Great. I will continue to pursue different avenues to get my money back and I hope that Martin will realise how ridiculous this is.
