My Financial Consultant Mario Roque reached out upon my 1st inquiry via phone, I missed that call. Nevertheless he followed up with a text message and email. Big plus for me because I wasn't at liberty to discuss at the time. Mario took his time to explain exactly what I should expect thoroughly. I didn't have to asked many questions at all after that.
