He is fantastic and what every manager should be ! They are very lucky to have him. He paired me with the perfect account manager, Sebastian. Sebastin was fantastic. He is very polite, detailed, and helpful. He called me right on time or early every time. Made sure I understood every little detail and had no questions. May 25,2024What went wrong?? What I was told with all the enthusiasm in the world and what really transpired or very opposite. You get someone relieved to know it would be quick and easy is not true. Hidden costs, the difference from what the agent “sells” you verses what the lender says are so out of balance. Worst truths I’ve ever encountered even the boss man got on the phone and told me the same BS. Extremely disappointed ☹️
