I ordered them for my grandson and he is thrilled as he thought they would be coming in a few days. Amazing. Slam69 such a great service even quicker than having to go into town. Many thanks Slam69

Jun 08,2021I just purchased a simano M7120 calliper from Slam69 (not an easy find these days). They were competitively priced compared to the bigger online bike shops and whoever designed there website could teach a lot of other companies a thing or 2 which is impressive considering they are an independent bike shop. Calliper arrived on time and free delivery to boot. Very happy customer :) and when I need other parts will be including them on the list f sites I check going forward.

May 15,2021I Don't ever leave reviews but after today got my bike back I'm very disappointed! My down tube on the frame was heavy scratched by whoever worked on my bike. The frame is basically brand new and 100% NOT damaged before I took the bike in as I worked on it the night before, I would of noticed it as they're Big deep scratches! The Worse thing was, the woman at the counter lied to me saying she noticed the scratches when I took the bike in yesterday and said it was there before.... when I mentioned it she quickly denied and said 'I noticed the scratches when you handed the bike in yesterday. It didn't happen in the shop'. I wasn't asking for any refund or compensation just want to know why was it damaged and a apology. But they lied to my face and denied it was them. Which makes it much worse. By the look of the scratches and where it is. I'm assuming the bike stand they used is the cause of the damage. Normally it would be clamped by the seat post or top tube but because my seat post is very small it will not fit and they need access to toptube for the wire's. They clamped it on the down tube which cause it to be damaged! Definitely would not recommend bringing your pride and joy into this shop! I have photos of the damage not sure if I can attach it here..

May 13,2021Brilliant service! I am a first time customer of Slam69 and I ordered a Hope IS52/40 headset Wednesday at 13:43 and it was delivered the following day at 14:36. Item was exactly as ordered, was well packaged and I received regular notifications in regards to the delivery, including a 1 hour arrival slot. Will definitely be adding Slam69 to my list of go to bike / bike component suppliers. Thank you!

May 06,2021I needed a BB tool that is a bit hard to find now and they stock it. Had never used these guys before so phoned them up to check stock first; the staff was very friendly and the dispatch was prompt. Item was delivered the next day and it was well packaged. Really impressed and happy with them and happy to support independent shops like them. Will definitely use again.

Checked here for reviews first (hence why I'm now leaving one too!) and the part was in my hands less than 24 hours after ordering. Jan 27,2021Can not fault my experience with Slam 69, after hours of trying to find the perfect wheel set parts for a DJ bike I'm building, I found everything I wanted in a single slam69 custom wheelset, hubs, rims, spokes and all in the colours I wanted too. It had been a nightmare to find everything I wanted individually, or a wheelset where you actually get front and rear wheels (not just one 🙃) but slam69 came through with the goods!! Also got a speedy free next day delivery with DPD! So just a thank you to the team and please keep building these 🙏

After checking online reviews of the company, I felt happy to place an order. Although the item was not in stock, they ordered from the supplier and immediately arranged dispatch when it became available. From placing the order through to dispatch, I was given regular emailed updates and have been very pleased with the communications and service provided by slam69.co.uk. I will not hesitate to purchase from them again.

I contacted them (Graham, owner) about purchasing a fatbike and I must have written them around 100 e-mails and every time I got a quick and responsive answer back that lead me to purchasing the fatbike in no time :) Also the after sales e-mail questions has been answered super quickly. Nowadays a company is as good as their Customer Service is. Highly recommended. Thank you Graham and team Slam69, I'm a super proud owner of a Slam69 fatbike.
