Sent me the wrong mask. Try to send back and exchange and the site want let me click on exchange process. Called # Wednesday evening. And they have yet to call me back. My order was delayed twice and cannot be delivered on time as expected. The package was returned and resend again but it already missed the timing when I need them. Reply: The address of 1st time delivery was a hotel I stayed from Nov 11~17, the order was placed on Nov.9th and the first estimated delivery time was Nov.13rd. UPS delayed and pushed to Nov 19th, eventually, they delivered on Nov 17 evening but I didn't have a chance to collect the package anymore, so it was returned for 2nd shipping. Your website said it estimated 3-5 business days to deliver but failed to commit to it. It was NOTHING wrong with the address.

I was looking for a diffrent type of cpap mask as I tend to be a side sleeper. I landed on the Resmed Airfit l30I and used the cut out out measurement template to find the size that was right for me. Mask arrived but it was too large. I contacted them to let them know, due to their 30 day exchange, I was able to get the correct size. Czarina was able to help, no questions, no hassels.

I called Sleeplay customer service for information about the Black Friday sale prices on the Air Mini and attachments. I had a lot of questions about what was included in the various sales packets as well as questions about proper maintenance of the machine, its useful life, etc. I spoke with Ria, who was very courteous and patient. She did research, as needed, to be sure she was giving me current and correct information. This kind of customer service is the main reason I come back as a customer and the reason I am happy to refer friends to Sleeplay.
