Nov 02,2022Sceptical, I approached this with a, 'let me just give it a go for a month and see what happens' attitude. Now in week 7 (after just one weeked blow out), I've lost around 12 kg. I'm the lightest I've been for years. The way it worked ofr me was to stich to the shakes during the day whilst working and then add brocolli and cauliflower to my eveing meal. Rounded off with a bar as a treat/dessert. Highly recommended.
