As is always the case with Slim & Save, my meals arrived quickly and safely and with quite minimal packaging. Ordering was easy and website easy to navigate.

I Have tried so many diets.Infact the word diet makes me want to snack on naughty treats.Slim and save has been amazing for me I haven't wanted to snack,I have felt happier and I have kept to the meals . I have lost 2 1/2 stone since end of July and I am in smaller clothes and feel good in myself .people are noticing the difference and I'm getting compliments . I have two young children and it also fits around them aswell the meals are quick and easy to do and a shake I can take with me wherever I go so . Been on days out with family and taken shakes with me so I can still be good . When family have had takeaways i have been good too and I'm not bothered seeing them eat the things i would have wanted before starting slim and save. I'm still going and hoping to reach my goal weight very soon .

Brilliant diet that actually works and fast ...I've been on a diet most my adult life, tried every diet and diet group out there and so wish I'd found S&S years ago ...I've lost 2 and 1/2 stone in 11 weeks and dropped 2 dress sizes. The products are yum and actually taste really really nice. Milkshakes are like McDonald's ones honestly they do ...Strawberry is my favourite ...they taste really good! Lots of snacks to choose from so you don't feel like you're missing out ...Customer support is exceptional and their Facebook group customer care team are amazing! Support straight away. I feel loads healthier and actually enjoy meal times ...lots of variety ...My favourite meal is spaghetti bolognais or chocolate brownie and the porriges are gorgeous too ... I don't feel hungry ...definitely recommend S&S ...by far the best diet program out there ...IT WORKS AND QUICK!

Myself and my husband were on Slim and Save before Covid and during the lockdowns we unfortunately came off plan and regained everything we lost. Embarrassed about our situation, I contacted the support line and we were helped and welcomed back and we are both very excited to be back on Slim and Save, great products and it works!

I love Slim & Save. The products are great, with lots of variety: meals, snacks, shakes, soups and chocolate bars, lovely porridge in various flavours, etc. Thr service is excellent too - prompt delivery and friendly and efficient service on the phone too.
