Jun 16,2022Paid off my loan in April, received an email that said my account is settled so I did not owe any money. Had absolutely no correspondence for 2 months when out of nowhere they take £280 out of my account and I receive an email saying that I owe them money!! Never ever using them again

Jun 15,2022useful when you need some extra money quickly - always reply within the hour on whether you will be accepted. Only negative is I often have to use their 10 day grace period as my student finance doesn’t reach me on the deadline they set all the time Besides this : absolutely recommend!!!
