When I originally applied, I messed up and put in the wrong bank details, of course I spiralled with stress but they kept me calm, dealt with the recovery of the payment efficiently and had the whole situation under control. I'll be completely honest, I'm used to companies that would've just let it be a "me-problem" but Smart-Pig were trustworthy superstars and helped me massively. Thank you Smart-Pig!! :)
