Due to a unique set of circumstances, we definitely challenged her but Simone's involvement meant that the process was taken care of for us from start to finish. Sep 23,2024I honestly cannot recommend Simone enough. My circumstances were a little bit more complicated than the usual straightforward mortgage application, and Simone was there every step of the way. I had actually been turned away from other mortgage advisors for the fact everything was a a bit more in depth, but Simone never made me feel any issue was too big to overcome. I would not be in the positive situation I am today without her. If I didn't understand anything fully, or needed clarification on any T&Cs, she was happy to explain. Life can be pretty stressful, but she took all the stress of the mortgage off me and helped me find my best deal and she was always checking in and keeping me updated. I honestly can't thank her enough.

Simone was with us every step of the way, from searching for deals, submitting and securing our mortgage application, sorting out our insurances, and answering all of our questions. She put us as ease and you could tell she cared about seeing us all the way through the process. We simply could not have done it without her, and we are so thankful she has helped us secure our home. Also such a special touch to give us a message on the day and have little cakes in the house for us arriving on key day. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a financial advisor. May 31,2024I don't think i can find words to convey just how good Simone is. What became a really stressful situation became really easy as soon a Simone was involved, always on hand to deal with my 1 trillion questions and anxieties. And a real touch of class with some cakes through the door. World class service is hard to find these days, but Simone has millions of it. Would recommend to anyone!

She’s prompt at replying to emails and easy to speak to on the phone. Always feel like she gets us the best deal. Highly recommend, wouldn’t use anyone else.

Her knowledge and attention to detail has been absolutely incredible at times. We would not trust anybody else to guide us through our mortgages and all our insurances too. She really is the best in the business!

I have used Simone for re mortgaging and this time we used her to buy a new property, however it was complicated due to needing a mortgage port but Simone was patient and clear when explaining our options. The process went smoothly and Simone worked tirelessly to ensure we got the best deal we could. Could not recommend her more.

Mar 15,2025We contacted Simone in January regarding purchasing our first home as we had no idea where to start, if we had enough saved or any knowledge about morgages. Simone made what is meant to be a stressful time a BREEZE! We are already in our dream home in March which i never thought was going to be possible or affordable at the time of contacting Simone. Simone was so helpful and explained everything morgage to us, helped us work out what our budget was so that we could purchase now and calculated how that would impact us monthly. We used the solicitor that simone referred to us also so we basically just sat back and let everything fall into place. Simone was helpful around the clock answering every single question I had from start to finish and kept in contact throughout the process even when struggling with being ill herself, her service continued to be 100% and I am so grateful for her and what she has helped us achieve. Simone is professional and knowledgeable but has a personal touch making me as a customer feel comfortable to approach her and speak openly. I would recommend 100% and will definitely use this service in the future.
